Number of vehicles measured with registering devices: 929 units
Measurement scope of installations in the vehicles:
- Registering device GPS/GPRS,
- Driver identification (RFID),
- Measurement of engine rotations,
- Measurement of fuel usage (fuel measurement probes, floats in specific cases),
- Measurement of outer machinery worktime (pumps, compressors, water heating, cockpit heating, cranes).
Additional functions
- Registering device GPS/GPRS used as immobilizer, unblocked with the driver’s RIFD card.
Software
Implemented modules of the FLOTA.framelogic application:
Tools for “Power industry and Water Supply”, including:
- Vehicle registry,
- Driver registry,
- Fuel management,
- Usage reports.
GPS-based tools, that is:
- Real-time positioning of vehicles,
- Route history,
- Vehicle working time,
- Fuel usage control.
Dedicated tools:
- Log book – circulation of the document and reconciliation based on GPS.
- Reports based on reconciliation of log books, including "Financial-accounting reports", "Cost account reports", "conformity of fuel levels and pedometers", "PM-1", "Analysis of fleet usage", "Environmental impact report", and others.
Performed integrations:
- SAP,
- IMPULS (BPSC),
- ROKOS (Marcos-Bis).
