Functionality of the application
Every industry is specific. The Power Industry and Water Supply are no exceptions. Wide scope of activities and large segmentation of branches and departments of the company make control and fleet management, including very specialized vehicles, difficult and complicated. The complexity of this issue is definitely simplified by implementation of FLOTA.framelogic system, which not only provides standard tools based on GPS data, but also enables the management of vehicles, the working time, drivers, costs and all other aspects by means of:
Registry
- Vehicle registry (together with documentation)
- Driver registry (together with documentation, timesheet management, etc)
- Agreement registry
- Registry of tires, batteries, wear parts, etc.
Log book
Circulation and reconciliation of a log book together with:
- Generating and printing the log book based on blueprint provided by the Orderer (for example SM101, SM102 or adjusted to the Orderer’s standards)
- Reconciliation of vehicle use within the log book into cost accounts (according to the corporate chart of accounts)
- Reconciliation of orders/instructions within the log book with cost itemization into cost accounts
- Generating a cost report into a file (including adjustment of the file format to a standard allowing its import to Financial-Accounting programs which are available on the market)
Fuel consumption management
This is one of the key elements of the company fleet management system, allowing to cut unnecessary costs and to supervise the process of fuelling up/down performed by the drivers.
The system allows:
- Full automation of the fuelling data import according to a collective VAT invoice
- Visualization of fuel consumption by means of understandable graphs and mean usage f fuel by a vehicle.
- Analysis of potential ‘fuelling down’ or so-called “insufficient fuelling”
Technical management
A tool supporting efficient organization and management of the vehicle fleet together with all services:
- Management of the servicing and payment schedule.
- Rationalization of vehicle use
- Management of machinery and additional equipment, etc.
Usage reports
A set of usage reports allowing to export the reported parameters into a file, including:
- Reconciliation of the vehicle fuel consumption
- Drivers’ and vehicles’ mileage
- Annual report on vehicles and machines (PM-1, Department 1, 2, Drivers)
- Analysis of fuel purchase on fleet cards
- Report on fuel usage for environmental purposes
- Analysis of fleet use
- Means of transport tax (DT-1, DT-1/A) and other
Examples of measurement parameters
Installation of registering and measuring devices in vehicle allows:
- Using the Recorder as immobilizer
- Real-time positioning of a vehicle
- Precise measurement of fuel consumption
- Precise measurement of vehicle working time
- Precise measurement of working time of additional machinery (lifts, cranes, hoists, etc.)
- Identification of a driver and/or the work team (RFID or “Dallas”)
