FLOTA.framelogic
IT system
frameLOGIC offers a set of tools which widely exceeds the standard view of GPS. Obviously, it does include the basic elements of the gps systems, such as positioning of a vehicle in the real time, possibilities to analyze the routes and working time of a vehicle, obtaining alerts on critical incidents. However, these tools provide only a source of data for a more professional and detailed analytical application which provides a logical basis for an integrated system supporting the FLOTA.framelogic fleet management.
On the basis of precisely defined market expectations, we have created several products to be applied by specific operations companies, that is:
- Power Industry and Water Supply
- Public utilities
- Transport and building industry
- GPS (applied in all industries)
However, this does not mean that our activity is limited only to the industries mentioned above. On the contrary – based on dynamic development and flexibility of the whole system we co-operate with companies and institutions located in almost every market section.
The structure of our IT solutions is based on parallel co-operation of two areas:
- Tools focused on the GPS technology
- IT tools supporting business processes in a company.
The frameLOGIC applications are designed with focus on these two areas at the same time. However, depending on Customer needs, they can also function separately.
Integration of applications
Implementation may include integration with other applications. Integration may be performed in various areas, for example:
- Integration with Financial-Accounting system – where FLOTA.framelogic is constantly updated with current structure of cost accounts and where the results of the fleet reconciliation in the form of cost report with itemized cost accounts (according to the corporate chart of accounts), are exported into the system.
- Integration with GIS System – where the GIS system users are able to extract from the FLOTA.framelogic data on position of vehicles, presented on GIS maps
- Integration with integrated IT systems – where any area of the company’s integrated system is updated with data extracted from FLOTA.framelogic.
Integration is usually performed by means of network resource buffer, common database or web services.
